    They have a lot of free weights and machines, plus two squat racks and maybe a dozen cardio machines. They also have a space set aside for TRX, which I find is a real challenge.

    Had a great experience!! Went for a massage and it was the best massage I have ever had

    So many things you can do. Basketball, swimming pool, squash, racquetball, karate, day care. Great place to support. Only downside is parking costs money unless you get there after 6pm and you get 1 of the 20 free City of Saskatoon spots.

    Offers a variety of programming for families and their children, provides shelter to homeless women and children, a recreational gym facility and close to all of downtowns amenities. It's a fabulous place that helps people in the most incredible ways.

    The patrons are friendly and focused on their workout. I'm happy with this gym.

    Awesome services good place to go for questions about city services

    I go for the weight room, so I can't say anything about the pool or fitness classes.
