  Horrible branch. Staff don't care about you they just want the day to end. Took my pay cheque in one time to pay for my bills and told the teller it was a pay cheque and I had bills to pay the next day so she out the hold on the funds for 12 days. When I went back they refused to release the funds.

  Have gone in to this branch about 5 times, each and every one was terrible experience. Understaffed, so there is always a long wait. Tellers constantly try and upsell you products. I once agreed to upgrade to one of the services they were trying to push on me, and the teller didn't know how to set it up. I once brought in a letter I received from CIBC with unclear instructions in it, and they just told me to call customer service. My experience with CIBC overall has been poor, but this branch in particular takes the cake for worst customer experience.

  I believe CIBC ATM can do a lot of banking, but I am more in communication with humans. When I was waiting in line, I hoped the financial manager would not talk to me,leave me alone.

  No help at all. We need to close two bank accounts, and transferred one account's money to another.They said you cannot close it as the fund is transferring. If you close the account, we did not know where is the money. The easiest way for them would cancel the transfer (I believe they can do it with the authorization from us), and close both accounts. But the only thing they did was " I am sorry, you cannot close the account." Sucks!!!!
