  I've only had the bike for a few days but I'm very impressed. Smooth, powerful and with the 20ah battery, I'm getting an extremely good range. Also, Roshan is Mr Quick Response. Usually, in minutes. That's all for now, I have to go ride !

  Biktrix is a fantastic designer/manufacturer and retailer of Ebikes, these are my favourite bikes and the first I'd recommend to friends, new riders and experienced riders looking for "E-grin" alike! Super lucky to be local. Great customer service and communications!

  I ordered my bike on Friday just before noon and received it the next Monday morning...wow. The price was competitive and thousands less than any of my local retail options. With Biktrix you deal directly with the owner Roshan, who also designs the bikes. There are lots of vendors selling e-bikes online, but Biktrix stands out for its outstanding customer service. My after-sale questions were answered promptly and when I did have a mechanical problem Roshan sent me a new part right away. My new bike works great, and I know if I do have any problems Biktrix will be there to help.

  An amazing bike and very helpful and responsive support from Biktrix. I bought a Juggernaut Classic as my first ebike this fall and absolutely love it. I use it to commute to work and back through a large coulee to the other side of town. The trip only takes me 10 minutes more than driving, I don't need a shower when I get there, and I can make 3 assisted round trips on a single charge without draining the battery too far (I have the 17Ah battery option). Highly recommended to anyone.

  I'm 72 and a little creaky, but I thought for sure I would benefit from a Double-Hip, Fattie Ebike and I contacted Roshan last Spring who said, "Sure, you can make installments," and he sent me a Paypal invoice. We emailed back and forth enthusiastically as I paid for the bike over the next four months and was eager to get it, when I suffered a serious soft tissue injury to my lower back. Roshan immediately refunded my money, was sympathetic and proved beyond doubt that he understands the importance of customer service.
