  I bought a used car and it stank so bad it made me ill to drive in it with the windows up! I contacted K&M asap for a deep interior clean. I was so impressed with their warm friendly service but even more amazed with how clean they got my vehicle! The smell is GONE!! Everything was clean, no edge was missed the carpets and upholstery was like brand new again! Don't waste your money any where else! Quality and value!

  I recently had my truck taken for a full bumper to bumper detail. I had to wait around as the truck was never completed on time and they were rushed to try and finish. The running boards were never cleaned and polished. When asked, they stated that they did not polish chrome, but yet they polished my bumper! I brought the truck home and with an SOS pad and some polish I found in my shop; did the work myself. I find it hard to believe that a detail shop cannot polish chrome. On their website they post an engine clean with the bumper to bumper. They never cleaned it. When asked, they stated that "Oh, we should take that off our website, we don't do an engine clean" The interior mats were never cleaned properly, still dirt on them. I basically feel like I could of spent 3 hours working on the truck to get better results. I don't recommend this detailer.

  We took our car there in December and will definitely be going back. It was easy to get booked online, and waited a reasonable amount of time for it to be done. When we got the car back (Toyota Matrix) it was almost unrecognizable. Shiny...everywhere. Very detailed cleaning, but they also gave some some pointers and information on the car and what could/should be done. We will be back again!

  I had my car detailed a few weeks ago. I had a full interior and exterior, the car was clean and I'm happy with the results! They were a few minutes late in the morning to meet me for drop off and when I picked up it was not quite done and I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to rush and finish up. Their electronic payments were also down so I had to pay by EMT. Overall I'm happy with how my car was done and would return in the future.

  I had no idea how good my car could look. Looks brand new again. These girls put a lot of effort into their work and it shows. From the friendly greeting to the end result, everything was above my expectations.
