    Nice gym. But I noticed that the personnel, the staff needs training on customer service. The personnel are somewhat suspicious, they will follow you as if you will steal and if you are having a chair massage, they will spray the other chair, that is rudeness. The staff are always gossiping.

    Great value. There are very few amenities as far as fountains, showers etc but there is a decent selection of equipment. The building is definitely in need of work- they seem to have alot of roof issues. Overall I enjoy coming here alot.

    I find this gym to fit me perfectly. They do have a couple of broken things that has not been looked after for awhile (water holder on by the towels) - most times there's only one dispensary that actually has the paper towels. Other than those - it's a good place.

    Great place to work out. Good rates. Massage chairs and tanning as well...
