  I went in today and had nothing short of an amazing experience. I was helped by Cat at the register and Josh in seasonal and they were outstanding. Very friendly and willing to help, Josh going above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Even though I didn't find what I was looking for I left in a great mood and will definitely be returning due to the incredibly friendly staff.

  I had to purchase a new fixture for my bathroom. They ended up helping out but after looking around on my own for about five minutes.

  This is your typical hardware store. You can find almost anything you are looking for. If you can't there are staff all over that are willing to help. The prices are comparable to Home Depot or any other big chain stores. Watch for their sales because sometimes there are some really great deals. Only complaint is that getting out of the parking lot can be a real hassle.

  I would rather shop at Home Depot where I find the staff to be more knowledgeable and generally more willing to assist customers.

  Not happy that we can't rate products or read product ratings. Bought 3 UBERHAUS One Piece Toilets and they were the worst. Had to replace all three in a 4 year period for continuous running (filling), wasted water and never flushed 1/2 as good as they looked.

  I saw a great sale on Bosch table saw, and attempted to make an online purchase however the transaction completed in error multiple times with charges to my bank which I had to dispute. After attempting to get a hold of someone at store trying to explain my situation, no one was willing to help--as the store can't match it's online promotion. This experience caused me so much frustration, I bought what I wanted on Amazon instead.
