  As well, my boyfriend injured his lower back at the gym and was in a lot of pain when he tried to lift weights. A different doctor at this clinic said my boyfriend just needed to strengthen his back, even though 1. His back was incredibly strong to begin with, and 2. It really hurt to work out. This doctor was far from right. A physician assessed his back and found that one side of his pelvis was much higher than the other.

  Girlfriend makes an appointment to get some paperwork done (physicaks and such) show up and her dpctor is not only 20 mins late, then proceeds to tell her she does not have time today. She booked an appointment specifically for this. Same office that mis diagnosed her broken ankle as a sprain and her ankle has now fused wrong. Worst place in Saskatoon by far. Surprised no one else has received permanent damage from this place.

  But when you take your boyfriend in (multiple times) for an ingrown toenail that had gotten infected (due to them not doing anything about it) the doctor looked at it and told him it wasn't infected and left. He then went to another doctor in a different clinic and got a referral to a surgeon and heavy antibiotics bc his toe was really badly infected.

  The doctor I'm dealing with at Lenore is amazing so I guess it's worth it, but the customer service is horrible. I stayed on hold over the phone for over half an hour so I could book a prenatal appointment - which I understand can happen - and at the end, the receptionist was totally rude and unpleasant. She told me that in the evening (I called at 3h30), they are not fully staffed and that she was basically doing me a favor by booking my appointment in the system.

  The doctors we have seen have been so incompetent that we've never gotten a proper diagnosis . I will never be going here again.

  Same doctor helped me in November, I hurt my foot really badly. They took x-rays, doctor didn't even look at them, told me it was sprained and to give it a few days. It's now January and I still have pain and can't curl my toes, but she insists nothing's wrong with it. Not to mention the sick note she gave me didn't even make sense with all the spelling mistakes and errors. Had to go back and get it re-written because my boss didn't believe it was a doctor's note, especially since her signature is just Dr. (last name) IN PRINTING.

  There's one doctor who works here who's competent. I'm fine with waiting because it's a walk in clinic.

  Love Dr. Old and all of the nurses, but the majority of the receptionists at this clinic are incredibly rude. Also it takes WAY too long to talk to someone when you call there. I've been on hold for 10 minutes before actually talking to anyone and then they answer the phone all cranky and snappy. I hate calling that place but love my doctor so I deal with it.

  I once went in because I got nauseous eating food and even when drinking water, and the doctor just said it's stress but didn't do anything. The problem persisted so I saw my family doctor who said I have a stomach ulcer and prescribed medication.
