  Cancelled my Auto Pak two weeks after the the renewal date had passed and was charged nearly the full amount for the following year. When I called they concocted some story about about a minimum retained amount that I was on the hook for because I was insured for two weeks out of the year. Somehow those two weeks cost me 80% of the price of a full year's insurance. Had I known how greasy these guys were I definitely would have taken my business elsewhere. Save yourself the gouging and go somewhere else.

  Don't waste your time here. Un-trained staff caused way too much grief. Went here for business related purposes and was charged three different amounts. They couldn't figure out how much I owed them. I do the same procedure weekly over at Galon Insurance. They never mix it up. The manager was unprofessional. Didn't care to ask what the employee did, and didn't apologize once. Terrible management. That is not how you run a business.

  I've always had a pleasant experience here, I've dealt with them for all of insurance needs for a quite a few years now. Can be a bit busy at times.

  Every time I go here the staff are all super friendly. I have never had a bad experience with anyone in this office. Highly recommended.
