  Service was fine but there were hidden costs for literally everything. I called in advance to find out the TOTAL cost for coming to diagnose a problem and was told it would be $69. This turned out to only be the trucking charge. Total was four times as much.

  From the excellent customer service on the phone (if they say they will call you back, they call you back, and are friendly while doing it), to the wonderful honest work Tino did while in our home, Perfection really works to earn its name. Tino presents options rather than selling or scaring you into a purchase, and he was up-front from start to finish as he worked - just great!

  Great service. Called on a Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for Friday afternoon. Got a call that the plumber was ahead of schedule and could come early if I wanted, which worked well for me. The repairs and toilet replacement were all done the same day. Tino did an awesome job and explained everything to me as he worked. Will definitely call Perfection again!

  What can you expect from this team? Perfection in customer service and workmanship. Can't thank Liam enough for all of the work done over the past couple of years, including today. There are many options of plumbing in Saskatoon but if you want to go with someone who will give you straight-forward, professional advice, offering a range of price and repair options, there is nowhere to turn to.
